SOWING SEEDS with GREENER PAstures

The land and the table, a relationship with deep roots.

We hosted @togreenerpastures at @maisonbodega to explore the theme “sowing seeds”.

→ in support of the movement away from factory farming to humane, sustainable, just food by highlighting incredible, regenerative farms in Minnesota and Wisconsin where ethical food is raised from the best practices for animal welfare, soil health, climate, and local economies.

Throughout each course guests learned from a local farmer, a food system reform organizer and advocate, and were led through grassroots actions right at the dinner table.
